Standard delivery within 4-6 days within Germany.

Choose whether your package should be delivered to your home or to a pick-up station. You will receive your order within 4 to 6 working days after receipt of the order confirmation.

We only deliver to people over the age of 18 with an address in Germany.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days at any time without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day the last items from your order are delivered. 

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you inform us before the cancellation period expires that you wish to cancel your order.

We will immediately reimburse you for the payments received from you in full, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the revocation. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for your order. There are no additional costs. We may suspend refunds until we have received the items or you have verified that you have shipped the items, whichever comes first.

The items should be returned to us immediately, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation. 

You are only liable for a decrease in the value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality of the items.
